Hello and Welcome!
It’s a new week and another big announcement! Last week I introduced you to my website, and this week I am pleased to announce that I’ll begin blogging regularly.
You can expect a blog on Monday and Thursday each week. Monday’s topic will be faith-based. I will be sharing what God is showing me and how He’s been growing me. Because fitness is how He has spoken to me and grown me over the years, a lot of the time it will be how faith and fitness overlap in my life. Monday’s blog may be reflections that I had during a weekend run or ride. It may be a recap of a race. All I know is that I will be praying for His direction on what to share, and you can be sure that I’ll be sharing my heart with you.
I’ll also be posting a blog on Thursdays. On this day I’ll focus on health and fitness. It may be a new recipe. It may be a workout. It may be some sort of tip. The holidays are coming up, and that can be a stressful, busy time. I’ll be sure to provide you with some ways to balance it all.
I’ll give you a snippet on social media so you’ll head over to my website and check out the full blog. You can also sign up to get notification when I post something new. I’d love to hear from you. Let me know if there’s something you’d like me to blog about. I’ll do my best to answer your questions and give you any tips I’ve learned on how to navigate this life of healthy living. You can be sure that my priority is always to direct you to your Creator. My goal is that you honor your body as the temple that it is. I want you to live a life that is Fit & Free.
I’ve been on this journey a long time. I’ve had many struggles. I’ve cried many tears. I’ve learned so many lessons. I’m now answering the call to share it with you in hopes that I can help you “turn north” just as I finally did.
