40 Days of Faith and Fitness – Do you struggle with your reflection in the mirror? Have you battled your thoughts about your body image? Are you ready to take a journey to feel more comfortable in your skin and seeing yourself the way God does? This is a passion project that has become a reality. In this devotional, I share some of my journey and the tips and tools that helped me begin living fit and free. It is now available in paperback and on Kindle on Amazon.
Bondi Band – Bondi Band is one of my favorite headbands! I tried several kinds until I found BondiBand. It doesn’t slip. I wear them year round because I can pull it over my ears or leave it above. Not only are they functional but they are so fun! The sayings are fun, and they’re always adding new ones. The price is right as well especially when they run promotions. I can’t get enough of these headbands.
BAMR Bands – This is my other favorite headband. Talk about no slip! They stay in place all. day. long! Choose from fun designs that you can use for your 9-5 or your evening out or your workout. They are versatile and fun. Priced right as well. What I like about them is that they even work well for shorter hair. Go check them out and order one today!
Pura Vida Bracelets – These are so fun and versatile and support a good cause. You can find bracelets for specific fundraisers and causes. Plus proceeds from every order go to help provide jobs for local artisans in Costa Rica. This is near and dear to my heart, because I went on a mission trip there when I was in high school. When you use MARSHAAPSLEY20 you get 20% off your order. Check them out at www.puravidabracelets.com. I have tons of these bracelets to go with every outfit. You can sweat in them, get them wet, and wear them wherever. Additionally they make great gifts!
Dr. Beth Brombosz – I could not have written my devotional without the help of Beth. Not only does she help people discover their talent and make their dream of becoming an author come true, she is also a yoga instructor who has developed a Yoga for Runners program. I have incorporated this into my at home yoga routine.
Love God Greatly Study – I have been following Love God Greatly and doing their studies for a couple of years. I love these studies because all materials can be accessed online and sent to your inbox for free. You can purchase a study guide and journal for a small amount that has all scripture included as well as pages to journal each day. I highly recommend it, but you can still follow the study without making the purchase.
Cross Training Couture – I believe I have every tank they have. I love these flowy tanks that have scripture on them. It’s my go-to yoga wear.

Molly’s Suds and Bass Farms – Confession: I sweat. And my sweat stinks! (And I’m assuming yours does too! lol!) I sweat a lot in fact. I have found 2 products that I use to cover up and wash out that sweat. If I’m not doing my laundry right away, I use Bass Farms Linen Spray in Snuggle scent, and this works like a charm. I only wash my clothes in Molly’s Sport Suds. Both of these products work like a gem. In fact, I love all the products you can find on each website. Bass Farms has an entire line of lotions, soaps, and even makeup products. Molly’s Suds has detergent for your regular laundry as well as dryer balls that I use in my dryer to fluff my laundry.
Brooks Running Shoes – Although I can’t tell you what shoe is right for you when it comes to a running shoe, I can tell you that you can’t go wrong with Brooks! I still suggest you get fitted somewhere, but if they give you a Brooks shoe that will work for your lifestyle, I’d go with it. Brooks never lets me down!
Trades of Hope is a company that supports women around the world and helps them get out of poverty. The items are unique and from a different country or places in the United States. I’m always pleased with the quality of the products. I have bags and jewelry, scarves and stationery. Check it out. If you’re looking for a gift, this would be a great place to shop!
Your Box Catering – If you’re in the Shelbyville area, you must try this! Whether you work in an office, at a shop, at a school, or work from home, you can have a freshly made lunch delivered to your door. Ricca serves the Shelbyville area Monday through Friday and is available to cater events. Hop online and get your lunches ordered for next week!
