My Favorite Things ~ 2023 Edition

It’s time to share a few of my favorite things for 2023. It’s been a while since I’ve done a roundup post like this, so I think it’s time. After all, shopping season is around the corner.

I have some discount codes to share with you. If you use them, I might get a small benefit such as a coupon, free product, or a few cents. However, it doesn’t impact your purchase price or experience. Thank you in advance for checking them out. I only share things I love and use regularly

Let’s get to it!

In my opinion, you can’t have too many Pura Vida bracelets. They make great gifts too. When you order, you can get 20% off with coupon code MARSHAAPSLEY20.

Hints for Prayerful Pause has become a recent favorite of mine. I have my own and have given them as gifts. Recently, I gave one away at the end of the Pray More Challenge. When you sign up for their email, I believe you’ll get a 15% off coupon.

Everyone loves coffee. You could put together a gift basket and add some tasty unsweetened dairy free coffee creamer. I just ordered my favorite. You can get $5 off Nutpods here. I like the cinnamon swirl oat creamer. For coffee recommendations: Kauai Coffee and Mystic Monk.

For some coffee with a little extra (think MCT, collagen, etc.), try STRONG Coffee.

Need some snack bars for yourself or stocking stuffers for kiddos? Skout Organic has some great options. They are tasty with no added sugar. I like the protein bars and often get the kids bars for when I need a little something sweet (beyond my daily chocolate, of course!). Get 20% off your order with this link: https://prz.io/pElv3lASO

Another bar I really like that is satisfying and filling is Perfect Bar. Check them out here.

One year, I bought friends and family Branch Basics. It’s non-toxic cleaner. This stuff works! My friend Dana convinced me to give it a try and now it’s all I use in my kitchen and bathroom. Check it out here: https://branchbasics.refr.cc/marshaapsley

Do you do a lot of online shopping? An easy way to get a little cash back is to shop through Rakuten. I get a lot of supplements and groceries at Vitacost. Every time I go there through Rakuten, I get 3%-12% cash back on my purchase. There are dozens of stores you can shop. At no cost to you, you can sign up here then get a check every quarter.

Give the gift of an experience. If you’re near Indianapolis, think about doing a 5K in December. Invite a friend or family member and stop for breakfast afterwards. Santa Hustle is one of my favorite events. You can register and get $5 off with coupon code MARSHA.

Love God Greatly has become my go-to Bible studies. They offer free studies throughout the year. You can find them on their website, on the YouVersion app, and on their app.

Faith and Fitness Devotions – Earlier this year, I published a new devotional. Now you have the option of 40 days and 50 days of Faith and Fitness as well as my Year of Sundays devotional and one for Christmas. Find them all on Amazon or locally in Shelbyville, Indiana at Three Sisters Books & Gifts

Made to Crave and the 60 day devotional will never go out of style! It was a turning point for me, and I still refer to it. We have gone through it together multiple times in my Faith and Fitness Support and Accountability Community.

Molly’s Suds is the laundry detergent I’ve been using for several years. Sport Suds works great for my smelly workout clothes.  The stain remover works like a charm. I use their dish detergent for washing dishes.

Bass Farms is a local company that uses goat milk to make their products. I go to them for all of my skin and hair care products, everything from soap and lotion to face cleanser and hair detangler. I use the  linen spray for stinky clothes that I can’t wash right away. The Snuggle scent is the best for this.

Even though I use a daily planner, I also use a wall calendar. I get the newest Dan DiPaolo Coffee calendar every year. Calendars make great gifts! This one is my favorite.

I love to give gifts! In my opinion, the best gifts to give are items you love yourself. Things that you use that are tried and true. Things that work. Things that support healthy living. I could probably go on and on with my list, but we’ll wrap up this edition here.

Happy Shopping!
