Tired of avoiding your reflection in the mirror?
Feel like you’re never going to break free from this struggle to lose weight?
Poor body image and weight loss struggles plague women of all ages.
But losing weight and exercising is not how we overcome these struggles. We overcome them by integrating our faith and our fitness.
We must begin to see our struggles in a different light by seeing ourselves in a different light, as the fearfully and wonderfully made woman that God created each of us to be.
Introducing: “40 Days of Faith and Fitness”
Available on Amazon and local retailers*
This devotional will lead you through 40 days of building your fitness on a foundation of faith by daily setting your focus on your Creator and helping you see yourself the way that He does. It will also give you tools and action steps to implement so that you can develop a sustainable healthy lifestyle that is right for you, your unique body.
Why a faith and fitness devotional?
Over the years, I could find a lot of devotionals. And I found a lot of books on fitness, and even ones that had a faith element. But I had a hard time finding a devotional that combined both faith and fitness and spoke directly to the struggles I was having. I had gathered Bible verses that spoke to my body image and weight loss issues, and I finally decided to write about how they helped me overcome the frustrations and low self-esteem that comes with not liking my body.
What to expect:
In this faith and fitness devotional, you’ll get 40 scriptures along with devotional content, a prayer, and an action step. After each day, there is a journal page where you can jot down how you’re feeling, what God is revealing to you, and how you take action on your faith and fitness journey.

My heart for you
This project has been a long time in the making and it’s now here.
As far back as I can remember, a devotional was part of my daily quiet time. And also as far back as I can remember, I struggled with body image and an obsession of feeling the need to lose weight to be happy.
It took many years before I realized that my fitness had to be built on a foundation of faith. Faith and fitness had to go hand in hand.
Through a series of events and life experiences this faith and fitness devotional came to be. You’ll read more about that in the pages of this book as well as why I believe that a fit life must be built on a firm foundation of faith.
