I’ve created a community in which we can do life together while still keeping our eyes on our own paper. This isn’t about competing or comparing. It’s about encouraging each other while learning how to appreciate our unique needs and honor the body God has entrusted to us.

Faith first! I am unapologetic about leading with faith. This isn’t a diet disguised with a Bible verse. This is a faith-first approach. No food lists. No exercise videos. No shakes or pills.

Your coach is a counselor. Because I am a counselor, I can help you change from the inside out. We get to the root of your insecurities and previously failed attempts at health and wellness.

I help you find your inspiration while supplying the motivation.
